Is Inklusif free to use for employers?
Yes. Inklusif is free during the beta period. Employers can post jobs, search candidates, and use Guardian AI at no cost.
What is the OKU quota requirement?
Under the Persons with Disabilities Act 2008, public sector employers with 100 or more employees are encouraged to hire at least 1% OKU employees. Private sector hiring is currently voluntary but strongly encouraged.
How does AI job matching work?
When a job seeker uploads their CV and sets their skills, Inklusif generates a semantic embedding of their profile. Guardian AI then matches this against active job postings using vector similarity, returning ranked match scores.
What is Guardian AI?
Guardian AI is Inklusif's accessibility audit tool. It scans your job postings for ableist language, unnecessary physical requirements, and other barriers that may discourage OKU applicants from applying.
How do I verify my company on Inklusif?
After registering, submit your SSM registration number and a company contact email from your official domain. Our team will verify and grant the verified employer badge, usually within 1–2 business days.
Can I search for candidates with specific disability types?
Yes, with the job seeker's consent. Job seekers control which information they share with employers. Disability type is only visible if the job seeker has granted explicit consent.
