We are looking for a Frontend Developer to help us build accessible, scalable web applications. In this role, you will help design user interfaces using React and Next.js, ensuring our digital products can be used seamlessly by everyone. What You Will Achieve (Core Responsibilities): Develop: Build and maintain responsive user interfaces using TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks. Collaborate: Share ideas and coordinate with the product and design teams to determine project requirements. (Note: Avoids "talk to" or "speak with") Ensure Quality: Review code and implement WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards across all new features. Problem Solve: Identify bottlenecks and debug technical issues within the application architecture. What You Bring to the Team: Demonstrated experience building web applications (through formal employment, internships, or personal projects). Familiarity with React, Next.js, and database integration (e.g., Supabase, PostgreSQL). A strong understanding of inclusive design principles and web accessibility. The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical team members.
