Operations Associate

Grab Malaysia is hiring an Operations Associate to support our logistics and delivery coordination team in the Klang Valley. Responsibilities include monitoring delivery performance, liaising with merchant partners, and handling escalations via written channels. Sign language interpreter support is available for team meetings.
